Fifty-two years old
And in three weeks, I'll be another year older
This is the second I celebrated without you
I am still not used to do so--without you
Frozen in time and this space
The disbelief of yr passing is ever present
As though, you never went
But when I see yr tombstone
I am kicked into reality
And then, the teardrops drain
The colourof my face
The rains suddenly start
And the g-ds mourn with me
It's so difficult to assess the depth of this loaded with love and emotions. It's impossible to fill the void however, we must gather strength to walk on
The void we feel for the loss of a loved one will always be there. The passage of time could never heal the pain.
