Another New Year Has Come
E-very year comes and goes,
L-ife changes for worse or better;
Y-ou must earnestly strive and eagerly hope for the latter.
P-atiently wait for the good things,
U-sing your trust in God above;
R-emain steadfast and strong
I-n your faith, hope, and love.
S-un twenty-eighth of December
I-s shining neath the Lord's kingdom;
M-ay your race be completed,
A-nother new year has come.
