Anything Could Be A Poem Now

Anything could be a poem now
Without even half trying
Could wake itself up with its own old alarm clock
The kind you cant plug in
Do a few jumping jacks
Read its self help book
And get to work:
Stitching together
A few low lying clouds
There it is
It doodles in the sunshine
Nibbling on some candy corn
It curtseys in the rain
It gives a queenly half turned hand
In the carriage, in the Big Parade
The self made poem
Shiny pre Christmas I'm heeeere
It bounces through small canyons
Ready for the holiday rush
Or prefab, like a tiny house
Perched on a volcano.
