Art Plays In Artistic Minds Poem by Terence George Craddock

Art Plays In Artistic Minds

time sometimes art takes a little time
learn to be patient learn to appreciate
the quiet times when heart mind rests
thoughts will return art will not be rushed
words flow when ready when heart mind
are at peace in flux art in moments time infuses

in anxiety crisis sometimes words will not flow
in time a few hours days weeks art returns with a rush
like a puppy wanting to play catch up chase ball
art playful or pensive plays on artistic defined terms
sometimes art just wants sunshine sweet roses
sometimes art is a handful thrown lolly scramble
every child must learn chase threats for his or her self
art thrown away like candy blesses other catching lives
