As Sun-Song

We wandered long in valleys under the sun
Near scarlet poppies and white camomiles...
He began a song and butterflies repeated words....
With smallest wings rustle night's moon light...

I don't know for sure that the 'imagery in this brief song captures you' as a poet in your own right or as wish fulfillment for guys like David Harris who prowl these precincts in search of such as yourself, Tsira! I enjoyed your quatrain as you composed it - with perhaps a change here or there- We wandered long in valleys under the sun past blood-red poppies and white camomiles- he sang to the flutter of butterfly wings which rustled like moonbeams in the night!
