((At One)) Poem by Theodora (Theo) Onken

((At One))

Rating: 3.1

Distant lands
Called to me
Beckoning
My presence
With Earthly
Persuasions
A come hither
Breeze played
Rhytmically
Across my
Heart
Without reason
A gentle knowing
Advised me
An inner voice
Perceived
Moved me
Instinctfully
Onward
Driving forces
Led me
Through a
Labyrinth
And into the
Inner core
Of my total
Understanding
My awareness
At last, honed
And fine tuned
Into complete
Balance
At long last
I am totally
At One
With:
The Universe

A beautiful trip elegantly described. I liked the refrain of Called to me Advised me Moved me Led me

A lot search all their lifves, to be one with the universe but never succeed, for some it is so easy or seems to be, the truth is you have to be at peace with your self, before you can be one with everything else...
