Autumn Wind From The Hangu Pass, Poetry Accepting The Emperor's Decree

★ Autumn Wind from the Hangu Pass, Poetry Accepting the Emperor's Decree

☆ Poetry by Concubine Xu Xianfei (627-649, Tang Dynasty, China)
☆ Translation by Luo Zhihai (1954-, China)

Autumn wind from the Hangu Pass
A strong spirit vibrates rivers and mountains
On the Qian Ridge standing pines
Between two mausoleums rain light
A cloud of sorrow envelops the low-lying area, low and vast
Sad and mild sunset in the dangerous pass
Fluttering purple clouds this time
Test and verify that the immortal returns just in time

★ 秋风函谷应诏

☆ 徐贤妃 诗

秋风起函谷
劲气动河山
偃松千岭上
杂雨二陵间
低云愁广隰
落日惨重关
此时飘紫气
应验真人还
