Back To My Root - Poem by sholadoye Dada

Though the sky is great
Every being heading there
Planning every second
Only for the ultimate
To climb beyond the star
How to stand on the cloud
And toilet with gold
To sponge with money
And I, also, for the best
Wanting to be more than the rest
Thinking also, but more than the rest
Better than the best
But if only I had known
That everything that goes up
Must come down
If only my spirit could tell me
That one day
I will go back to my root.
