Bare Hands Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Bare Hands

Rating: 5.0

Never volunteer
Or go near
Worship or pray for mercy
As he will show no pity

For right or wrong
He will have same song
Pull you away to far land
Where you will be only soul as friend

As we talk about death
Many may stop their breathe
As it is not only fearsome
But to many shocking and troublesome

God was wise enough to make it mandatory
Otherwise it would have been bribed and made obligatory
No one would have preferred early journey
Even if it was decided by almighty

You are aware that now kidney transplant is possible
Now lever plantation is also made easy from impossible
Now somebody may invent to replace complete heart box
So as the time passes, no one may fear then from death hoax

Every part will be prized high and replaced
Poor people may be searched and chased
They will volunteer and donate legally
Life may then become easy and like luxury

Thank god that death and destruction are the formidable weapon
In the hands of powerful almighty and used not as coupon
Still life has been considered as precious and priceless
We are still afraid of it but allow it to appear less

Even though life and death is not in our hands
We can make it as loving entity as that of friends
Let it come at its destined time
Why to worry it in advance sometimes?

As legend story speaks very clear
We should live on without any fear
Who ever has taken birth in this land?
He has to leave it with bare hands
