Be Triumphant Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Be Triumphant

Rating: 5.0

M-ake Thursday morning
A-ble to silently come;
R-ising sun above the horizon
K-ills the night's boredom.

K-iss the moon goodbye,
A-s the beacon is on the way;
I-t brings brightness to the sky,
S-eptember twenty-ninth day.
I-t's a wonderful moment, for the big event occurs;
E-arly light warms your birth, it's a blessing, not a curse.

L-et Wednesday shadow pass,
E-vening raindrops vanish;
O-pen your life to the dawn,
N-ever let delight diminish.
A-llow the haze to fade,
R-ed rays remain radiant;
D-on't be weak nor afraid
O-f trials to be triumphant.
