Beacon Comes Up Early Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Beacon Comes Up Early

Rating: 5.0

E-arly rise of the beacon
L-ets the dark fade away;
L-ight brightens the morn,
A-pril twenty-fourth Monday.
I-t's a lovely birthday,
N-ight cold chill passes by;
E-vening shadows disappear into the wide blue sky.

B-eautiful break of dawn
O-pens the day with glory;
R-aindrops stop from falling,
B-eacon comes up
E-arly.
