Beautiful Fool Poem by Vaida Marea

Beautiful Fool

My heart of glass is so full of you
But it shatters and breaks from the things that you do
'Cause you sang me that song
And it broke me in two
Now there's shards of me everywhere
Covering you
Well this angst is our deformity
I've given you the best of me
And ending true love is against your belief
'Cause when it dies you think you shouldn't breathe
I should let you go
But you won't let it end
So I have to sit here
Trying to be your friend
Life has turned us
Jaded and cool
And I'm tired of being your beautiful fool.

'heart of glass' is well chosen and fits nicely here.

Ah the pyrism that is keeping relationships that don't work trapped into a dark abyss of darkness that contains a lyrinth too. Love forced by one truly in simple terms, sucks. Good write :)

the most special things in our world get to come inside our heart and stay. And now, we must realize how deeply our life has been touched by special feelings that we had to the one we love. Nicely penned.. I like it a lot... thanks for sharing! ! ! God bless, Rommel
