A quest to see
your eyes

I have seen many eyes
they speak nothing
but the truth

mine speak of love and youth
my eyes I thought were beautiful
till I saw in your eyes so blue
so lovely and so cute ala true

the child was tromping about
as if in one's youth

the dog had eyes blue
better than mine
how glad I was
how I wish all now knew

I must extend vision of my eyes
to the universe
in order to be able to post here
as verse
at least 500 words a poet must say
in brief
for love of your piercing eyes to seek
so do all natural lovers speak
