I just can not do it.
Nor can I sit back,
To have it seen done.

I am not addicted,
To being politically correct.
And today as far as politics goes...
Everything political is affecting those upset.

I am a writer, a poet...
And I've been known to wear a few creative hats.
But I can't sit back and deceive anyone.
Not even if they are accustomed,
To a way of life that is attached to that.

I just can not do it.
Nor can I sit back,
To have it seen done.
And negotiating,
With others...
Whose minds are made up!
Is totally out of the question!

And before I know it...
I've offended someone.
