Before You Cook The Fish Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Before You Cook The Fish

Rating: 5.0

A-fter the misty Monday,
N-ew light starts to ascend;
N-ight cold chilling rain
I-s now beginning to
E-nd.

C-oal clouds in the sky
A-re nowhere in view;
B-eacon above the line
A-ims to light up the blue.
L-et seventh February come,
Q-uesting for lovely Tuesday;
U-nless the sunshine hides,
I-t will surely stay.
N-ice day has broken,
T-he haze and mist diminish;
O-pen your arm and raise before you cook the fish.
