Beirut

BEIRUT

Too much in Lebanon;

Massacre orchestration!

Beirut was destroyed;

But aggression is still not stopped!

Resistance was done;

Why forgot the humiliation?

In losing fame;

Why no shame?

Respect is a matter for all;

Bush was beaten up by a sandal!

A G.I was dragged in the street;

USA was badly humiliated.

The news was in NY Times in the front page;

In 1984 or 1985 in those days.

There is no glory;

If forget the history!

You have no business there;

But why bother over and over?

It is an important matter;

To know fair and unfair!

Learn the lesson;

Leave them alone!

Beirut was once a paradise;

With high life and business!

Better treatment and medicine;

The city was very clean!

But attack and aggression;

Big destruction done!

Beirut civilization of Lebanon;

Iconic city fell down!

Little by little, it was made;

The city was a A graded!

East of the Mediterranean;

Beirut of Lebanon!
