Bitter He Is Not Mine Poem by Aisha Masha

Bitter He Is Not Mine

Rating: 4.8

I found him handsome, just good enough
I found him tall enough, just good enough
I found him educated, just good enough
I found him with lofty job, just good enough
I found him with grand home, just good enough
But he was not mine!

I was not ugly, not bad
I was not short, not bad
I was not so educated, not bad
I was not highly paid, not bad
I was not with many rooms, not bad
But I was not his!

I smiled, he did too
I kissed, he did too
I touched, he did too
I undressed, he did too
I felt nice, he did too
But we were not each others!

I desire his smiles, I am bitter
I desire his kisses, I am bitter
I desire his hugs, I am bitter
I desire his bare chest, I am bitter
I desire his nice feelings, I am bitter
But I am bitter he is not mine!

I like the poem Masha it mirrors a beautiful and ugly situation-good juxtaposition style used here.
