Blink Poem by Stefanie Fontker

Blink

Rating: 5.0

I could sit here all day
And count the lines on your hands.
Where have you been,
And from where do you hail?
Have you kissed the stars,
And hidden from wolves?
Will you remember me in 10 years,
When you will dry another's tears?
All the while I'll sit here,
Capturing you in my poetry,
The only time you'll be still.
Is your act of commitment possible?
Will I wake tomorrow, and find
You ripped from my page?

How many things in a blink of eye...not easy for me to bring this much.. But i can when my thoughts are for my love only....well written..

Well written....a good thought in the blinking of an eye in flurry of incidences
