Booths Final Act Poem by Timothy Long

Booths Final Act

Sic semptar, tyrant you are no more, monster grudge over, greatest actor in the world only to be dishonored and a mad men, hunts and drunken messes I say is now on, betrayed by the nation I thought would love me, shocked is all I am, family bloodied, the south lost and bitterness is at all times high, changing history in the baddest way, being remembered at least I was finding him ruling us all with unconstitutional views, I was his punishment in the life of god, although I'm a victor I shall see I'm coward and all alone in the end, I loved you most mother, a secret agent and a confederate spy, I said I make the union pay, but this is not what I meant, he's the reason we are all like this, even if I'm wrong or right, god judge me not man, I'm in despair to murder which I did, I will honor god for my death.
