风雷滚滚，十万貔貅惊塞月
战鼓咚咚，三千铁甲灭东洋

Brave

The wind and thunder were rolling
ten thousands of fabulous wild beasts startled the moon of frontier 
The battle drums were beating
three thousands of armor destroyed the Japan

A commander in chief to attack the city
loyally shed blood and lofty sentiments were strong
Fought with courage and high morale
charged into the enemy ranks
