Bring Me To Life - Poem by Janelle Morehart

How can you see into me
Like an open door
My soul shining to you
Like a torch on the blackest night
Ive been sleeping forever
Cant open my eyes for anything
Can you free me
Wake me up inside
Make me real
Bring me to life
Sing me your song
Give me life's kiss
True love's sweet embrace
Will you wake me up
Please bring me to life
Im frozen inside
Without a lovers touch
Without a friends light
Without life
Frozen in eternal winter
Please become my spring
And wake me up inside
Bring me to life
