What will it take for me to believe
I have lost all trust in humans its true
He showed me his heart
Then just ripped it in two

I dance my macabre dance on the shreds
I do things the heart does not comprehend
Breaking and escaping was my favourite game
But now mine's broken too

This is the strange tale of yore
Mistrust and love and all the gore
No one is what they seem
Nor is life, it's cares unseen

You dear reader beware
Handle your heart with care
There are dangers here
You cannot compare

Take this advice
From this very old bear
Escape before its too late
From the evil witch's snare
