Let's call it a day,
Whatever one has been doing;
Let us pause for a while,
And think where we are going.
Let's call it quits,
It's no use to continue;
We have nowhere to go,
Let's make another avenue.
Let's call it a week,
We are going out of town;
Let's find out something new
That no one has ever found.
Let's call it a month,
But never call it a year;
It's a thirty-day vacation
From stresses so severe.
Rest from daily hard work,
Time to stop right away;
It may not be a big deal
When we call it a day.
Indeed a very inspiring poem. To pause and to review our actions from time to time is quite convincing. I think the best part lies in its appeal to spare some time in life to wriggle out of the stress accumulating over time. Thanks that you shared it, My Friend.
