perfected smile from agile hands
chip by chip fell to reveal its true blue humour

a smile a thousand suns and
moons failed to eclipse
marauders failed to spurn
humbly the bayon smiles on
to bewildered faces yellow, black and white
and - hopefully for another thousand years
