Can Of Sardines Poem by Dorsey Baker

Can Of Sardines

Rating: 4.0

A can of sardines
came and sit
down beside a man
sitting on a park bench
immediately!
the man got up from the
bench and moved away
but the can of sardines
got up and started following him
so the man started to run
desperately
trying to get away from the can
of sardines
he ran as fast as he could
ran until he was too tired
to run anymore
so the can of sardines
caught up with him
sat down in front of him!
and because he was
so hungry
after having to run so
hard so long
he just opened up
the can of sardines
and began to eat them
totally
ignoring the smell!

did the can have legs, or could it fly?
