Cancer *song* Poem by Alicia Meyers

Cancer *song*

Rating: 5.0

There I go,
Fading away,
Here I go,
Staying awake.

They hope to find,
A cure for this disease,
I hope to find,
That it's gonna be ok for me.

Chorus~
I hurt (I hurt (eco)) ,
I bleed (I bleed (eco)) ,
I hope this goes away,
So it stops bugging me.

I hurt (I hurt (eco)) ,
I bleed (I bleed (eco)) ,
I hope cancer leaves,
Leaves everyone's bodies.

Verse two~
I lost my hair,
From this mistake,
I wish they find a cure,
So no one fades away.

My kids still hope,
That all goes well,
They need me as much as I need them,
I'm in my own bleeding shell!

Chorus~
I hurt (I hurt (eco)) ,
I bleed (I bleed (eco)) ,
I hope this goes away,
So it stops bugging me.

I hurt (I hurt (eco)) ,
I bleed (I bleed (eco)) ,
I hope cancer leaves,
Leaves everyone's bodies.

Bridge~
I hurt!
I bleed!
This cancer is,
Is eating at me! ...

I hurt...
I bleed...
I hope that this goes away,
And stops bugging me...

I hurt...
I bleed...
I hope cancer leaves,
leaves everyones bodies...

I hurt (I hurt)
I bleed (I bleed)
Please don't leave,
And take care of me...

There I go,
Fading away,
No more time,
To keep me awake...

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I made a song about cancer, because it's a serious problem and no one should feel bad for it. It's not your fault. I wish people would find cures for it, it's just so sad.
