with friends and strangers,
live with deep-seated
good intentions,
follow a path
of non-injury.

Pursue your well-being,
have kindness for yourself
sprinkled throughout the activities
of your busy day.

Focus on happiness,
your own as well as others,
feel yourself connected
to the universal good of all.

If you're depressed,
find someone else to encourage,
the smile you bring to another
will return to you.

Meditate your steps,
don't wander aimlessly,
don't be on the earth purposelessly
and then disappear as if
you were never really here.
