Cats - Poem by Sally Plumb Plumb

Running cats
scratching black
night evil
tangled hair
knotted
screeching cries
in dark marked
shattered dreams
with felines howling
prowling divinely
into dawn.

    Sally
Had to read this because I love cats and I have had a few that I have eulogized in poems. Try mine - The Cat is Free-

This sounds like the Tom Cat giving chase in the middle of the night around my house at times. A very good discription of that situation. A good Write. (Report)Reply

Very true -succinct but nice rendition.
