The best way not to be caught up in a frenzy?
Avoid being that one,
Accepting beliefs...
Being caught up in a frenzy,
Even temporarily...
Releases a relief,
That satisfies an appetite...
That ends a craving for a need to grieve.

See it and choose to leave this addiction alone.
