It's time again

It's White to move.
What is his best?

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This is NOT one of my cash contests. The only prize is the GLORY of being the first one to solve it. Can you do it? Give not only the correct FIRST move, but the next few moves until White has a clear advantage.

Bonus question: If it were Black's turn to move instead, what would his best move be?

If it were Black's move he would win easily by playing Queen to b2 with check, and capturing the while rook on the next move.

(1) White's first move is to capture the on c7 with his rook, with check! 1. Rxc7+!

Hey! Some of Cowboy Ron's comments have disappeared! What happened to his comments five, six, seven and eight? They were here last week!
