Chicken Pox Poem by Lauren Coles

Chicken Pox

When kids get dozens of red dots on their face and other places on their body it can be one thing,
Chicken pox,
You can't get them from a real chicken,
It's just what the illness is called,
It might be a good Halloween costume,
But kids can't go to school without passing it on to other people.
People might be scratching their spots for days,
Thank goodness you can't get it again like other dioceses.
