Cleaning House - Inspired By Censorship By Leeann Azzopardi

Rating: 5.0

Dirt swept under carpet
Such damn filth piling up
Broken glass from glass houses
Stinkin' cig butts from Russia
Stale fast food from China
Censorship from US
But house appears so clean

LeeAnn is one of my favorites too. As for the poem, the wheel of progress is turning backwards. The media barones and the puppet masters have the keys to information.

Kevin, she and you are among my favourites. Couldn't agree with you more on your very perceptive comments. Backsliding is winning over progress.

Thank You, LeeAnn. And you're most welcome. It's always a pleasure, and honour, to write a poem that's been inspired by a fellow poet/ess.
