Cloud Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Cloud

Rating: 5.0

Cloud in the wide skyway above
Clearly shows a silver lining;
Difficult times and the bleak days
Have turned into grace or blessing.

A person who turns a deaf ear
Doesn't listen yet talks so loud;
He just insists his own notion,
Because his head is in the cloud.

Yes, a matter that blemishes
Has a cloud of ambiguity;
The obscure or murky bottom
Of the lake gives no clarity.

Somebody in seventh heaven
Has felt the love with joy so fine;
The mind and soul in euphoria
Lead his stellar life to cloud nine.

Just soar toward the brightest star,
And learn to rise above the crowd;
Eagerly spread both your strong wings,
Flying so high above the cloud.
