Clouds Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Clouds

Rating: 5.0

We we're but two clouds that loved, Continuous,
In every waken way,
Two shapes that came together as one,
A quick rush of emotion,
Weightless, almost breathless,
Until one day, a storm came and blew my love away,
Her hand left mine in terrible fate,
My tears created streams,
For each moment she stayed away, many days it rained,
I found no pleasure, being torn in such a way,
With no eyes to weep I became blind by the sun,
No longer jealous, meek,
It shone, drying all my tears of grief,
Remaints of my love, my lost love,
How else would she know,
Would she find her way back,
Timidly I searched,
Still I could not find,
My bracket of trust
