Clouds Poem by Neela Nath Das

Clouds

Rating: 4.5

The free clouds are roaming over
The hill top plateau declaring
There may come another rain soaked day.
Wet birds have lost their nest in storm
But they try to catch the clouds soaring
As grief gets defeated for their play.
The smoky sky can't smile at all,
Yet, blue part peeps thru grays any how.
My heart leaps in joy and love
Though sorrow is covering me now.

Roaming of clouds in hill top plateau brings wonderful imagery here and heart leaps in joy and love very interestingly. Although sorrow covers mind still feeling life with cheerful moment is definitely nice....10
