R-ain stops from falling,
E-arly gleam erases the fear;
M-ist and haze have faded,
E-vening shadows disappear.
D-usk and twilight vanish
I-nto the deepest night;
O-ver and above the clouds
S-un starts burning bright.
T-wenty-fifth February morn,
A-nother new day is dawning;
Y-our birth brings much mirth,
A-s the birds are all
S-inging.
N-ew acrostic is penned,
O-nly after your slumber;
R-hyme comes from the heart,
T-rying to be comforting
E-ver.
