Anyone who has learned how to follow.
And accept taking responsibility for their own actions.
With being dependable, accountable and disciplined.
Will most likely refuse taking a position of leadership.
Especially today,
When many view those who possess credibility.
Integrity, honesty, intelligence and common sense?
Is someone who is definitely competent.
And will be rejected as someone over qualified.
If it is suspected,
One is capable to think independently.
With this done to do to make no excuses,
For a decision made.
Today?
People are not mentally prepared to accept,
Anyone who has answers for their questions.
To then get a response they know will be honest.
These are not yet the times we live.
They are coming.
But yet to arrive.
