Conservative Reelection After Edmund Spenser - The Faerie Queen Book Ii Poem by Jonathan ROBIN

Conservative Reelection After Edmund Spenser - The Faerie Queen Book Ii

Weary British youth, of unemployment
wary was by, Cameron led astray:
in woeful truth deprived of life's enjoyment,
to shark employers made an open prey.
The daily spectacle of sad decay
Time witness bears with pensions unassured
poor waste away, essentials lack, dismay
is order of the day, won't now be cured.
Save but the rich, for years too well insured.
all suffer from discrimination. Scots,
by Bill of Peers and Commonsr eassured,
draw oil from troubled waters. All else rots.
Crocodile tears cons' second mandate crowns,
with justice, blind, aground, as freedom frowns.

The weary Britons, whose war-hable youth
Was by Maximian lately led away,
With wretched miseries, and woefull ruth,
Were to those Pagans made an open pray,
And dayly spectacle of sad decay:
Whom Romane warres, which now foure hundred yeares,
And more had wasted, could no whit dismay;
Till by consent of Commons and of Peares,
They crownd the second Constantine with ioyous teares.
