The Wall was empty
No picture of an almighty
Neither of any celebrity
Nor of any deity
What will happen?
When we depart all of sudden
Think of no picture
For immediate use with lecture
How people will address?
Without reference sans sad face
They will need to point out with fingers often
The absence of picture may be felt soon
This idea struck to mind
Even though it looked unkind
But it was brilliant concept
The big picture should be framed and kept
The picture will be displayed
For condolence messages to be conveyed
It shall be just formality
But strong impact with reality
I could not tell family members
How will they remember?
In the absence of small picture
I was expecting no answer
Quite humorous write, but it has a great meaning too. Very true said, this happened in many houses. Reality told in quiet humorous way.... I loved reading it twice. Thanks for sharing.
