Crows Caw For Their Morning Meal Poem by NHIEN NGUYEN MD

Crows Caw For Their Morning Meal

Rating: 3.9

Now it's only seven thirty in the morning
The sun is waking up with its pink hue on east horizon.
Then just after a short wait
The sun appears in full with its golden rays.
Several birds fly in the hurry across my front yard
They call out for friends but their calls drown in sea of silence.
The sun continues its rising
Its golden rays shine over quiet sleeping neighborhood.
From the top of a neighbor's tree, crows caw very loud
They call their friends to gather for their meals.

Above is translation poem of the Vietnamese poem of NHIEN NGUYEN MD:

QỤA KÊU HỌP BẠN ĐI ĂN

Bây giờ mới bẩy ba mươi
Mặt trời thức dậy, trời đông ửng hồng.
Thế rồi đợi một chút thôi
Mặt trời ló rạng, trời đông chói vàng.
Sân nhà, chim vội bay ngang,
Tiếng chim gọi bạn chìm vào lặng yên
Mặt trời vẫn tiếp tục lên
Tia vàng bao phủ, ngủ yên xóm làng.
Ngọn cây hàng xóm, qụa la
Qụa này kêu bạn họp đàn đi ăn.
