at the front
waving and cheering
we have won the points
the others are all dead

upright
standing vertically at this moment
after a long time being horizontal
preparing to put my first step forward

with others
grouped together, very close
touching each others sweat
it's almost impossible to breathe

at the finish line
frozen, filled with fear
knowing that one step more
will definitely end this
