I happen to love this poem. Darkness and oblivion helps me forget the sturggles and pains in my life. Reality is harsh and it's nice to escape.

In darkness you can hide, hide you from the world and others' sight But it cannot hide you from yourself. And it is youself that you have to face. Well..i can't help but answer back. Your poem inspires me. Yes, darkness is a friend when it suits you. It helps you redeem and pick yourself up, without having the eyes of the world that expects you to fall again. But beware, you can get lost in the darkness. So when you are brave enough again..step into the light my friend. Ahhh...I feel so good. Thanks again for another great poem.

this is a great poem i thought about it darkness is a great friend it can hide me from the world but you cant rely or hide in darkness forever. sometimes you need light to guide you
