Dawnbreak Poem by Theodora (Theo) Onken

Dawnbreak

Rating: 4.9

I welcome the Dawn with much elan'
And ever hopeful for a day of peace
Sunrise light- ends dark of night
And the Hummingbird arrives upon a breeze

The morning lawn 'tis sprinkled in dew
A glistening sort of reminder of new day
Summertime sunshine glisten's serenitys hope
'Neath an azure blue summer display

A pebbled brook rolls a warm stream
Near by 'neath a weeping willow tree
Oh-the ambience and utter verve
Emits hope for a peace-filled eternity

This is beautiful Theo, i can see the picture you paint.. There is something magic about days first light, i loved to be there to watch the sight...10
