We basked in the morning sun,
Our thoughts so free, for we were young.
We looked no further than that moment then,
For we were young if only again,
To run through the breeze,
To gaze at the stars,
For we we young, old age so far.
How fast the years drift quickly by,
I look back to then, with tears in my eyes
For they were the good times,
As bright as the sun,
They were the moments, when we were young.
