Death - Poem by David Darbyshire

Death comes
and death goes
when it does
no one knows

Breath in, your
last breath
and exhale
death

This is the way
it has been,
and this is the way
it will, stay

So go about
your day
and have a little
prayer
it doesn't happen
today
