Death Poem by Adelowo Ifedayo

Death

oh death!
how thy name ring in my head
how flawless is thy
thy valiant knight of ages
you whose name fear the king and shake it empire
thy knight live in fear of your name.
thy bravest king tremble by thy feet begging for mercy of life.
you lay your icy hand on the king; all empire shake in fear of your
prowess.
the king of forest shake at your apparitus
i wonder who on earth will fight the battle and win? i wonder and wonder but no one on earth.thy age rivals you; so does time because when you come age can't stop you neither can't time do so.
you devour the rich and make the wealthy tremble
money can't buy you nor can fame.
you who devour without remorse
but it is you who make it easy for the pained and dying ones.
i feared you
i tremble when i heard thy name
i heard thy roaring and lay still
death! death! ! death! ! !
your name shall always ring in my head when you spell doom.
who will be thy killer?
will you naimed yourself?
for when you no one devour; will you devour thyself?
or will thy just diassappear?

Fear pulsates the lines to make message quite effective, could however not quite place 'diassapear'. Thanks Adejoke for sharing.
