Death is remembered for

Death is dreaded phenomena
it leaves behind unfinished agenda
something is really worrying
and carrying the burden

good people are always remembered
they are offered with condolences
the entry is made in condolence book
it has really shocked the people

what is left behind actually?
the name worth to be remembered daily
his contribution toward society
and particularly to the country

poet's death is mourned with grief
even though his stay was brief
his memorable work was always in limelight
and he had pioneered for the just fight

the death is giving a sigh of relief
when some notorious man or public thief dies
he was cursed throughout his life
and death has immediately provided a relief

even though the death is unwelcome
but when it comes
it leaves behind grief
for all of us to pick a new leaf and go on
