Death Is The Only Peace - Poem by chevy daniels

it all continues to mount on me coming from all sides i see life is relentless in its pain like a barren dessert without rain a sunny day that just wont come a silent beat on a drum no where is there pleasure or peace until our breathing final cease ony then may we love again may we call those around us friend we can unload the burdens off our back
and let our painful memories fade to black

i know it sounds all jesus freak of me but meh what the hell. if you feel like death is the only peace then try giving up living for yourself. if you love, then live for those you love whether they love you back or not. serve god and youll know peace. if you arent living for yourself as it is then be the protector of another through god. Then you will be more at peace than ever before (Report) Reply
