December Wish
A month
Where love's bright light
Is magnified ten times.
Family gatherings
Church services
Presents all around.
December,
A special month
Of kindness and good cheer.
Then January first comes around,
Suddenly it's
Ba humbug
My wish:
If only we could make it
A Christmas year.
