Demonetisation

It has affected only those
Who had chosen
To get money in different ways
And non-payment of taxes

This had continued for several years
People had no fear
To involve in illegal trade
And thus accumulate wealth and add black money

The housing schemes had shown upward trend
It was sending an alarming signals
It was to become impossible for the poor
Many public sectors were shown the door

Almost parallel economy was operated
The measure contemplated was total surprise
Many political parties had hidden or two number currencies
It was adding to miseries

Even though it proved as discouragement for traders and common men
But everything is humanly possible
Many quarters stood with the measure
The country stood united and assured full support
